Peco Plan 2: BR Branch Line - Plendham

The layout now has a name - Plendham

Originally I was trying to find a real station, a former branchline, that I could use as the name - but then I remembered my time playing Transport Tycoon Deluxe and the wonderful random names the town's would have. Thankfully, someone else has already recreated a name generator here - https://laurence-myers.github.io/townnamegen/

This weekend I have a few tasks for Plendham;

• Assemble a Ratio 260 Single Post Signal Kit - a home signal for the station
• Assemble a barrow crossing just before the bridge where station workers can access the goods sidings
• Assemble a station name sign 
• Paint the backscene using a suitable blue sky colour

Here's how the layout looks now -

 Last weekend I completed the baseboard construction with a piece of foamboard to the underside and lined the sides with thin finishing card in grey. Then I used the leftover card to construct the backscene.
